is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods.

LEED is intended to help building owners and operators be environmentally responsible and use resources efficiently.
FCM Engineering can assist owners and project managers with the administration of the LEED rating system. Assigning, tracking, and completing the LEED credits can be time consuming for A/E firms and General Contractors.
