Green Building Initiative’s (GBI) Green Globes

Green Building Initiative (GBI) is a nonprofit organization that administers green building assessment and certification services in the United States.

Green Globes Administration

FCM Engineering can assist owners / project managers with the administration of the Green Globes rating system. Assigning, tracking, and completing the Green Globes credits can be time consuming for A/E firms and General Contractors. Subcontracting out this effort frees up time for the project management team to focus on their core responsibilities. FCM Engineering can take a project from concept to certification. Need to add more about the certification process.

For more information on GBI and the various Green Globes rating systems, visit their website.

Established in 2004 and headquartered in Portland, Oregon, the GBI is the U.S. licensee of the Green Globes rating system.
